Sharda holds an International Diploma in Montessori Method of Education from Indian Montessori Centre, Kolkata. Prior to starting Srishti, she has had 10 years of experience in teaching kindergarten and primary sections in various Schools following CBSE curriculum. Her experience in teaching children coupled with her training helped her understand the important foundational role played by the first six years of a child's life.
It is Sharda's love for teaching and her conviction in her teaching style that gave birth to Srishti Montessori House of Children.
